Refund policy

YARN must be returned in new condition within 30 days for store credit. All returns must be in new condition with all labels and tags in good condition.

NEEDLES are not returnable

CUSTOM ORDERS require 50% down with the balance due when order is ready to ship. Custom orders may not be returned.
